Legacy of the Atlas
In the heart of the Middle Atlas Mountains, a few kilometers from Azrou, our farm stretches across 22 hectares of olive groves, where nature and tradition meet.
Our oil, pressed on-site, is based on time-honored maceration methods, sometimes enhanced with fruits and spices such as turmeric. Each drop of oil is the fruit of expertise that respects both time and the land.
In Moroccan tradition, the olive symbolizes light and peace. Thus, our oil is much more than a product: it is a celebration of the soul of the terroir.
